How can I find an item?

To find an item, simply enter the product name or a simple keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page, such as cup, plate etc.  Our search engine will locate all items containing the keyword and display the relevant results.   

How do I place an order?

Select the item, size or colour options from the product detail page and click “Add to Cart”.  The items will be saved in your cart.  Continue shopping or view cart by clicking the cart icon at the top right corner of the screen.   From the Shopping Cart page you will be able to remove an item from your cart or change quantities.   

Shipping and payment

Clicking on the “Proceed to Checkout” button will take you to the check out page.  On this page you will be able to log in to your account or key in the discount code if you have any.   Here, you will enter your shipping details, add additional notes, and review your order. 

If you are ordering within West Malaysia, you will enjoy free shipping, or for East Malaysia, a Flat Rate Shipping will be automatically selected.   Read and check the “I have read the Terms & Conditions” box.  Then click “Complete Order” to finish the transaction.

Confirmation of order

You will receive a confirmation of your order as soon as your payment has been approved.  A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

Can I track my order?

All our customers will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number if available, once orders are shipped out.

What payment methods does HeyGoodThings accept?

We accept all major credit card payments through PayPal.   If you will like to use direct bank transfer/GIRO please contact us at 012 602 7038 or support@heygoodthings.com for further details.

How are shipping costs calculated?

We provide free shipping for all orders to West Malaysia and reasonable additional shipping rate to East Malaysia.  However, for certain items due to larger volume or weight, extra shipping costs may apply and we will contact you further if necessary.   For more details on international shipping options and additional shipping costs that may apply, please contact us directly.

Does HeyGoodThings ship orders internationally?

Although we currently only take direct orders via the website for shipping within Malaysia, we are hare happy to ship orders outside of Malaysia.  Please contact us at +(60) 012 602 7038 or support@heygoodthings.com so we can provide the best shipping rate individually based on your order.  

When will I receive my order?

Our customers are usually able to receive their orders in 5 – 7 working days for most of the items in stock.  However, please expect a delivery time frame of 15 – 45 days for some items as they may be shipped from overseas.    If you have an urgent need for the item, please contact us at 012 602 7038 and we will be happy to arrange an express delivery method at an additional charge.

What to do if my item is damaged during delivery?

We try our utmost to package and protect every order adequately for delivery.  However, if your parcel has been obviously damaged when you receive it, please contact us with photo evidence no later than 2 days after receiving the shipment.  

What happens if I received the wrong item?

We are sorry if we made a mistake with your order.  If you received an incorrect item, just contact us and we will immediately arrange a replacement.  

Can I exchange or return my purchase if I don’t like it?

Customer satisfaction is always our priority.  If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact us and we will try out best to arrange an exchange or return of product.  If you decide to return or exchange a product, the direct cost of returning/exchanging the product, delivery, custom and handling fees will be paid by you.  

How are refunds handled?

All items are carefully inspected and quality checked before shipping out to our customers.  If we need to issue a refund due to a valid defects claim, it will be in the form of HeyGoodThings store credit.  However, if we are unable to fulfil an order due to stock availability, a refund according to the order value will be issued via the PayPal or original payment method used.
